Deposit Price: $_250_to hold Puppy with the intent to purchase. Chosen puppy must be paid in full by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age. If the puppy is not paid for in full by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, deposit price will be forfeited and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Pick up schedule is put out about a month before puppies go home. You must select a date and time to pick up your puppy. If you do not or cannot pick up your puppy on the pickup week, you have 30 days to pick up. Any food and medical cost will be added to your invoice. failure to pick up puppy after 30 days can result in the puppy being rehomed to another client. If there is no communication or a continuation of rescheduling the pickup, I am going to assume you are not serious and unable to care for the puppy. Camara’s: we offer live video feed of labor and delivery and puppy camaras for the entire time puppies are here with me. With that being said, this is a privilege, and I will not be harassed about moving a camara a million times a day. In order to gain access to camaras you must download the Yi home app and create and account and send me the email you used to create the account. camaras go up about a week before moms are due.
Visits: we always welcome you to come and love on your puppy. We do have a few rules that will be discuses prior to you coming. Puppies cannot be touched until they are at least 4 weeks old. If you decide to come prior, you may not touch the puppy. If you make an appointment and do not show or do not give reasonable notice that you're not coming I will charge a fee.
Ear cropping is provided at an extra fee of 275$ due at the date the puppy reaches 5 weeks. The ear trim will be preformed at 7 weeks, you are responsible for finding a vet to do the follow up. The 275$ fee is not part of the final cost of your puppy. Once the ear trim fee is paid it goes to the vet and is nonrefundable. The vet will not send the money back to me. You are required to buy an e-cone to put on your puppy. I have several ones to refer you to if you're interested. I do not guarantee the ears will stand. Buyers understand the risk of cropping ears, death can occur but unlikely. In the event death does occur due to ear cropping the puppy is not covered under the warranty. Buyer is responsible for taping ears once the puppy is picked up. I can offer assistance if needed. All ears are cropped at a medium crop.
Welfare concerns: risks
General anesthesia—Cropping should always be carried out under full anesthesia, which itself has associated risks.
Postoperative Care—Dogs will experience some discomfort during healing, stretching, re-taping and bandaging, and other manipulations after surgery. Some will need their ears bandaged or taped upright for days to months, and they may be isolated from other dogs during this period.
Potential Complications—As for any incision, cropped ears may become infected. Cropped ears may also fail to stand or have a distorted shape or position potentially leading to subsequent operations.

Full registration -registration certificate for owners who wish to breed or participate in akc events.

Limited Registration- means that the dog is registered but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration. This dog cannot participate in akc events.
AKC registration must be completed before your puppy can leave my home, the fee is 35$. Please ensure you have a debit or credit card available to pay the online registration fee

Microchipping – all puppies are microchipped before leaving my home. The microchip is a 25-dollar fee which is included in your puppy's total cost and in non-negotiable. I will send out puppy's chip numbers about a week before they go home, you must go to https://www.freepetchipregistry.com/ to register the puppy to you.
Shots- puppies receive age-appropriate shots while here, generally 8-week shots. However, if the puppy is here past 8 weeks any additional shots will be added to your invoice.
Worming- all puppies are wormed every two weeks until they go home. I always advice if I notice worms and let you know how the treatment goes.
Tails & dew claws- all puppies come with tails and dew claws removed at 3 days old included in your purchase price.
Death: if your puppy passes away before 8 weeks of age you can either choose another available puppy or move to the next litter. If you move to the next litter the color and gender of your puppy does not change. However, if you wish to choose a different puppy then we can discuss it. Any price difference will be added to invoice. While death is a natural part of life, we do our best to save puppies in the event of illness or accident, but I am only human and cannot always save them. In the event that i feel a puppy does not meet our kennel standards then i will euthanize it. This is to keep a puppy from suffering and or to ensure all puppies have quality of life.
Refund: The only reason the deposit will be refunded is if I do not fulfill our agreement with in one year. There are a few case by case situations in which i may refund.
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy – (I.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.).
By signing below, Buyer states that he/she has read the aforementioned Deposit Contract and is in complete agreement. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and understands that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of South Carolina, in the County of Lexington. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Lexington County, South Carolina.
