Doberman Purchase Contract

                                        Seller Agreements 
1. This puppy/dog is a purebred Doberman. This puppy/dog is of typical temperament and structure and embodies the basic standards of the Doberman breed.
2. The puppy/dog is registrable with the AKC.
3. AKC Registration papers will be filled out after the sale is complete, and will be given to buyer at time of sale.
4. The registration is (full or limited). Puppies sold on limited registration may not be shown in AKC conformation shows or bred. The buyer’s understanding and acceptance of this condition are signified here by his/her signature at the bottom of contract . 
5. The purchase price of this puppy/dog will be refunded if the buyer furnishes the seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy/dog is unwell or unsound and returned within 72 hours from delivery. The Seller will reimburse no veterinary or shipping costs.
6. The puppy/dog’s sire and dam are free of hip dyspepsia and comes from many generations of puppy/dogs who are also free of hip dyspepsia. The puppy/dog is expected to be free of hereditary crippling hip dyspepsia. However, no guarantee of such is or can be made, or intended herein.
7. The puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale and has had immunizations in the attached health record.
8. If at any time the buyer is unable to keep or care for the puppy/dog, it must be returned to the seller. The puppy/dog may not be transferred or sold by the buyer. The puppy must be returned to the breeder. If a puppy or dog is returned the breeder will deduct any re-homing fees, vet bills, training from the balance paid.(deposits are non refundable)
9. The seller in no way guarantees that this puppy/dog shall win in conformation and/or performance events.
10. There is a one year health guarantee on all puppies. You must show proof that the puppy received all age appropriate shots, was not abused or neglected, has received appropriate veterinary care(shots,worming,heart worm preventive etc), and has not been exposed to any public parks or pet walking areas (to avoid any contagious diseases. I do not warranty any puppies or dogs due to parvo.)
No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated above.
                                                                   Buyer Agreements
The buyer agrees that if at any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy/dog, it shall be returned to the seller and no one else. 
1. The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy/dog’s health with yearly vaccinations as specified by their veterinarian.
2. Should the puppy/dog become ill or unsound, any and all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
3. The buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog in an appropriate lean weight to maximize the puppy/dog’s soundness and longevity.
4. The buyer agrees to feed only those puppy/dog foods acceptable to the seller, and in particular, agrees not at any time to feed the puppy/dog a “raw,” BARF, vegetable, or home-cooked diet.
5. The buyer agrees to socialize, train, and keep the puppy/dog in a manner acceptable to the seller.
 All deposits are final, and non-refundable. In any event that there is a complication, all deposits will be moved to the next litter or after one year the deposit will be returned if the seller can not fulfill order.
